The cube was Cloudflare orange (#f6821f), the one part of the old brand that still borrowed theirs; it is now Glacier #2f8fe0 across the favicon, mark, app and touch icons, and the README/social banners - whose wordmark also still read Cloudflare<base> because the split tspan slipped past the text rename. scripts/brand-generate.mjs (npm run brand:generate) renders every PNG from the SVG sources, so the next colour change is one edit and one command instead of hand-exported rasters.
The theme was built around Cloudflare orange on warm linen; it now anchors on Glacier #2f8fe0 with cool ice neutrals at the same lightness and contrast steps, so only hue changes - light on an ice off-white, dark on glacier-night. Charts keep one amber series so five stay distinguishable on an all-blue brand. The login button's hand-rolled orange gradient, the terminal card's shadow, the browser theme-color, and the auth email's button follow.
