When enabling Hubspot, I don't get prompted to log into Hubspot

@sheehantoufiq I think you may have mentioned something about this. You can simulate this problem by cloning this repo and attempting to enable Hubspot.

Right now, nothing seems to happen when you enable it and this is needed for new users to understand how to use the UI.

I will debug this but I am looking for feedback on what I am missing to run Hubspot out of the box.

Also, the same thing happens when I enable Salesforce. No prompt for login.

It looks like if your API module is an oauth2 type, the integrations do nothing since they are connected to mocks?

I expected a UI place for me to configure Salesforce? Maybe a prompt to log into salesforce from a modal or new tab?

I guess I need some instructions (@seanspeaks ) on how to configure a Salesforce API module so I can call a method in the code like:

SalesforceIntegrationManager.js:getSampleData()
