Formstep's requests.create now takes a form definition in place of formId: it builds the form, publishes it and creates the request in one call.

  • Create on node version 2 gets Form Source: Published Form (default, unchanged) or New Form, which sends Form Name, Form Blocks (JSON) and Form Options (logo, cover, emoji, language, theme, settings, translations), with Prefill and Context as JSON objects keyed by block key and comma-separated Read-Only Field Keys. No fields.list call for a new form.
  • Fields, Read-Only Fields and Documents show for Published Form only. Version 1 nodes are unchanged.
  • README and changelog updated; version 0.12.0. npm publishing still happens only on a v0.12.0 tag.

Tests (123), type-check, lint and build pass.

Formstep's requests.create now takes a form definition in place of a
formId, building, publishing and sending the form in one call. Create on
node version 2 gets a Form Source parameter: Published Form, the default,
works as before; New Form sends a Form Name, Form Blocks as JSON and
optional Form Options (baseline form, language, settings, theme), with
Prefill and Context as JSON objects keyed by block key. The response adds
the new form's summary.

Fields, Read-Only Fields and Documents show for Published Form only;
version 1 nodes are unchanged. Released as 0.12.0.

Formstep's inline forms no longer copy their look from a baseline form:
the definition carries the logo, cover and emoji itself, and can publish
translations. Form Options on Create with a new form drops Baseline Form
and adds Logo, Cover, Emoji and Translations; Form Language now defaults
to English.
