Add the console 0.1.0 chart for the v4 Console image, with native Next.js standalone and bundled migration commands, OAuth configuration, health probes and AWS TargetGroupBinding support by ARN or name.
Include it as an optional Cloudprem dependency, disabled by default. Bump Cloudprem to 6.2.0 and the Formance parent to 3.4.0, with generated schemas, lockfiles and documentation.
Validation: console strict lint passed; default and enabled Cloudprem renders passed; staging values render the dedicated console_v4 database and console OAuth client. Both target group selector modes rendered successfully. The full local pre-commit pipeline was attempted but could not download the unrelated private ledger-operator chart (GHCR HTTP 403); CI uses the repository's package credentials.
