Adopt the shared Docker v2 preset published in earthly #19, now merged. Update both release Dockerfiles to copy binaries from the platform-specific build context and replace deprecated packaging selectors/formats. Pin the official GoReleaser Pro 2.18.2 Nix source, keeping existing nixpkgs inputs unchanged.

Validation: live GoReleaser Pro 2.18.2 configuration check; stable/prerelease/nightly image-tag equivalence with the prior preset; Dockerfile/context and unique Docker ID checks; Nix package evaluation for the Linux release runner; unchanged nixpkgs pins; git diff --check. The complete migration batch passed structured review.

Docker images were not built locally because the Docker daemon is unavailable. No release tags or artifacts were published.

The existing Homebrew brews deprecation remains outside this Docker migration; formula publication behavior is unchanged. Configuration was checked with --soft to retain that known warning.
