Please help review the Gradle workflows for ERM modules. I tested by triggering a run on a new branch in mod-agreements. https://github.com/folio-org/mod-agreements/actions/runs/30956617535
It replicates the Jenkins version https://github.com/folio-org/mod-agreements/blob/master/Jenkinsfile while largely sticking to the style adopted in the Maven workflows.
