fix: the deploy button says Deploy, so it is not mistaken for Payload's Publish - #218

With drafts on, Payload puts its own Publish next to Save, and it means the document. Our button sat beside it with the same word and meant the site, so the two read as one.
Every word the editor sees now says deploy: the button and its busy state, the drawer and its confirmation, and the panel's status lines. Internal names —
onPublish,access.publish,lastPublishedAt— stay as they are, so nothing changes for anyone configuring the plugin.
