The project-gate test required the literal '--with pytest --with requests pytest -q' string; the v1.5.1 gate adds PyYAML and invokes python -m pytest. Assert the guarded property instead: pytest provisioned and invoked, unittest discovery gone.
Workflow drivers print one JSON envelope as the last stdout line. New public-db-lookup skill covers UniProt, NCBI Entrez and Datasets, MGnify, InterPro, AlphaFold DB, STRING, and ENA with retry, User-Agent, env-based NCBI credentials, and output compaction. The validator requires four non-empty sections; placeholder blocks are removed from ten bio-* skills. Agents carry chat-output rules; Output sections link artifact schemas; discovery skills gain Non-Goals and deterministic ordering.
