Adds a landing page for AutoQ, served by GitHub Pages at https://fmlab-iis.github.io/AutoQ/.

• site/ is a single static page with no build step: index.html, self-hosted fonts (OFL licence included), favicon and a social-preview image.
• .github/workflows/pages.yml deploys site/ with the official Pages actions. It runs on pushes to main that change site/** or the workflow itself, and can also be started by hand (Actions → Deploy landing page → Run workflow). c-cpp.yml is unchanged.

The page covers:

• what AutoQ checks (Hoare triples, verification up to scaling, tree automata);
• a step-through of the README's 2-qubit example, showing the real autoq ex output at each gate;
• getting started, from clone to a Grover verification run;
• features, gates and input formats;
• the POPL'25 and TACAS'25 papers, with copyable BibTeX;
• the intro video, contact and issues.

Every command and output on the page was re-run against a Release build of db64a993e. The page works on phones, in light and dark mode, and with JavaScript disabled.

Turning on GitHub Pages (one-time, needs admin rights)

1. Merge this PR.
2. Go to Settings → Pages.
3. Under Build and deployment → Source, select GitHub Actions. Leave the custom domain empty.
4. Go to Actions → Deploy landing page and click Run workflow on main. Every later push that changes site/ redeploys on its own.
5. The site appears at https://fmlab-iis.github.io/AutoQ/. The deploy job's page_url output shows the address. If you later set a custom domain, update the hard-coded canonical, og:url and og:image URLs in the <head> of site/index.html.
6. Optionally, add the URL as the repository Website (the gear icon next to About on the repo front page).

Until step 3 is done, the workflow fails at the configure-pages step, so merging this PR has no other effect.
