FACTORY's recorded delegation can now be explored in a spatial Observatory with scoped search, breadcrumbs, sibling navigation, and evidence inspection. The viewer adds a richer O design and five Instruments views: Ledger, Timeline, Flow, Transcript, and Providers. Recorded activity, uncertain outcomes, provider receipts, and completed operations retain distinct meanings.
The full index supports 10,000-cell hierarchies while visible geometry and labels stay bounded. 3D/2D share selection; idle and reduced-motion rendering settle on demand. Source/factory identity scopes every selection and iframe message. Temporal updates age lease and provider evidence without rebuilding transcripts or disturbing their scroll position. Recorded flow diagrams handle cycles and disconnected nodes.
Validation: 20 model, navigation, transport, temporal, and Instruments checks pass; the production build and Linux/Windows release-safety CI pass. Browser qualification covers 10,000 cells, actual WebGL context loss, reduced motion, source-scoped selection, and desktop/mobile layouts. The complete Brain Online consumer passes 73 Linux integration checks.

All viewer files match the qualified complete consumer, deployed at https://app.soyflujo.com/factory/swarm/preview. The deployment preserves production auth and tenant runtime; live FACTORY sources remain unregistered pending private-egress qualification.Consumer dependency: https://github.com/flujo-app/brain-online/pull/34. Main merge is coordinated with the qualified FLUJO release. See
docs/SWARM.mdfor hosting and authenticated bridge requirements.
