Add Codex and Claude lite workers

Summary

• Add factory-lite for native interactive Codex and Claude sessions with unrestricted built-in tools and only FACTORY's board/swarm MCP server.
• Keep Codex lite sessions in a dedicated persistent CLI home to isolate other user MCP registrations; Claude uses --strict-mcp-config.
• Export the command builder in the public SDK and cover its configuration in focused tests and installed-package smoke.

Local CI before GitHub

Clean tracked-source archives of commit 332e262 were installed independently on each platform/runtime. Windows used exact node.exe binaries; Linux used disposable local Docker containers. No platform-shared node_modules were used.

The first temporary Linux 24 Bash harness had Windows line endings at the final command. It was corrected and the full job passed again from a fresh source snapshot.
