The final export of a chunk only checked the record count of the last scope, which restarts at zero for every scope. A chunk that ended with a group start and no records yet, such as a group whose records arrive in a later append, dropped all its earlier records while the flush reported success. Count the records pending since the last export instead. A batch export also released only the records of the current scope, so records of earlier scopes in the same request were sent again with the next batch. Release the records of every scope after an export. Signed-off-by: Eduardo Silva <eduardo@chronosphere.io>

1530-1545: 🎯 Functional Correctness | 🔵 Trivial | ⚡ Quick winAssert the record count in each export request.
The fixture sets
batch_size: 3, but_exported_record_ids()flattens all requests before the assertion. One request containing all seven records can therefore pass. Assert the expected per-request sizes.Suggested fix

🎯 Functional Correctness | 🟠 Major | ⚡ Quick win
Use the pending count for the batch threshold.
When records move to a new scope, log_record_count resets to zero, but pending_records does not. The condition at Line 1619 still checks log_record_count. With batch_size set to 2 and one record in each of three scopes, no batch export occurs until chunk end. That export sends three records in one request. Use pending_records for the threshold so grouped records respect batch_size.
