Document the new Fluent Typed Scripting (FTS) processor added in
fluent/fluent-bit#12589.

• Add pipeline/processors/fts.md covering configuration parameters,
  callback results and batching, typed values, log, metric, and trace
  properties and helpers, sandbox limits, diagnostics, and build
  requirements
• Add the FTS page to SUMMARY.md under Processors
• Add FTS to the available processors list in pipeline/processors.md
• Add the FLB_PROCESSOR_FTS row to the processor build options table in
  installation/downloads/source/build-and-install.md
