Expand the contributor guide with repository ownership, compatibility boundaries, and focused workflows for investigations, bug fixes, reviews, and downstream validation. Add a CLAUDE.md entry point and executable build, test, and verification helpers with configurable build directories and parallelism.
Bump the CFL patch version from 1.0.1 to 1.0.2 in a separate commit.
Validation:
scripts/agent-verify.sh: configure/build succeeded; all 34 tests passed; whitespace checks passed.sh -n scripts/agent-build.sh scripts/agent-test.sh scripts/agent-verify.sh: passed.git diff --cached --check: passed before committing.No public signatures, layouts, ownership rules, or runtime behavior change; the reported version becomes 1.0.2. Downstream builds and extended platform/sanitizer checks were not run locally. ShellCheck is unavailable locally; CI provides shell lint coverage.
