The project overview now covers Fleet, managed scaling, and grouped notifications. Development prerequisites now match the Go version used by builds and CI.

The agent overview does not mention the operational features introduced in beta.5 and lists an obsolete Go requirement.
Update the README so new contributors and operators see the current Fleet, scaling, and notification capabilities.
