Dates the changelog entry for 0.7.1. The published version is taken from the release tag, so no other file changes.
0.7.1 ships one fix: the remote configuration request sends the running SDK's source in
sdkinstead of the literalandroid, so a configuration rule targeting a cross-platform wrapper matches the app running it. A native app is unaffected.
