Select the published First Draft plugin 0.4.0 in the shared Claude/Codex catalog. Both the catalog version and npm source now select the same package, which bundles CLI 0.4.0 and defaults Compilation to local output.

7f796017074ecbfd5a5459f7686a615f53dbb3c95525ca2594601128e706748d. The package publication and local compile-and-boot smoke are complete; this change only selects that package.
