Keep the Codespaces fallback compatible with API 0.6 and Plan 0.22. Install the released CLI and the exact published Skill source during workspace setup; the shared runtime image remains unchanged.

Refresh the Codespaces fallback after the coordinated 0.6.0 publication. Pin CLI 0.6.0 and the exact source of the published plugin, and align the wrapper fixture. Generated Ruby, Node, PostgreSQL, and workspace-image inputs are unchanged.
Validation:
script/checkpassed locally. The built-container CI is the merge gate; the merged revision will receive a prebuild afterward.
