Update Drawing Board to published CLI/plugin 0.4.0 after the coordinated release. The pins select the released Skills source, and GitHub Compilation instructions now use
--githubbecause zero-flag Compilation defaults to local root output.Route local development to the local guide and identify Drawing Board as the Codespaces fallback. Clarify that its tooling refresh and prebuild follow package publication; unchanged image inputs need no rebuild.
Validation:
script/checkwith the pinned Ruby 4.0.5 and Node 24.18.0; built-container CI must pass before merging. Refresh the merged revision's prebuild afterward.
