A newer Drawing Board CLI pin makes unrelated wrapper checks fail because the fake executable still reports 0.7.0. Read the candidate pin for its default output and expected mismatch error, retaining the explicit 9.9.9 mismatch case.

Drawing Board CLI pin updates currently fail the external wrapper check because its fake executable and expected mismatch error hardcode
