The template cleanup has landed. Exercise that exact revision in both automatic source checks and the manual-dispatch default so maintainer changes no longer qualify against the former template layout.

Drawing Board's maintainer relocation has landed at
058fb28aff15782b9ff764628f7ff77651a7e77e, but this repository's contract still defaults to the former template. Set both the manual-dispatch default and automatic-check fallback to the merged revision.Only those two SHA literals change. Workflow lint and the current PR contract pass against the cleaned Board using the already reviewed action. Publication triggers, permissions, actions, and runtime configuration are unchanged.
Completes the maintainer-default follow-up to Dockerfiles #7, Drawing Board #59, and Drawing Board #54. No image publication or Codespaces trial is included.
