Support accessing hashes with indifferent access

I was trying to .fetch "carbohydrates" but in the new gem it needs to be .fetch(:carbohydrates)
Maybe we should update the gem to use a ActiveSupport::HashWithIndifferentAccess ?

Although, to counter myself, this might make the educational value of going through the object with .class, .keys, etc, less effective.
