The fork's nightly build fails because patch/spawn-host conflicts with upstream 6577c6b in apps/server/src/bin.ts.

Upstream pingdotgg#29284 cuts the background service launcher's memory use. bin.ts now only routes __service-launcher to the launcher and everything else to binMain.ts. The fast paths (__document-text, __managed-chatgpt-token, acp-mcp-*, __speech-worker) moved into runCliCommand there. The patch added its __spawn-host fast path to the old bin.ts.

I took upstream's bin.ts and moved the patch's __spawn-host branch to the top of runCliCommand in binMain.ts. It runs after the socket guard, as it did before.

On a scratch stack of upstream 6577c6b with all 23 patches and this branch, pnpm install --no-frozen-lockfile, vp run typecheck (40 of 40) and vp test run on the 47 test files the patches touch (1146 tests, including SpawnHost.test.ts and SpawnHostReadiness.test.ts) all pass. node apps/server/src/bin.ts __spawn-host reaches the spawn host and prints its "started by the T3 server" message.

Combine the ten runtime recovery collections into one SQLite statement, leaving the initial thread lookup separate. Preserve collection filters, ordering, decoding and ordered reconciliation after prior commits.

Extend startup/shutdown idempotency coverage and guard against full message and run history scans. Synthetic stress measurements show fewer database requests; overall desktop quit latency remains unmeasured.

Implemented with GPT 6.1 Sol through the Codex harness in T3 Code.

A PR based on a branch other than the default saved a ~1 GB pnpm store
that only its own reruns can read, which evicted shared entries. These
PRs still restore and install; pushes, releases, and default-base PRs
