🤖 schema: update license URL to reflect repo rename

The only change in this sync is a one-line fix to the info.license.url field in schemas/fingerprint-server-api-v4.yaml — the old repo name (fingerprint-pro-server-api-openapi) is replaced with the current name (openapi).
