INTER-2639: docs: fix broken anchor in README link

• Fix broken anchor in the "improves" link in README.md
• Old: https://docs.fingerprint.com/docs/cloudflare-integration#the-benefits-of-using-the-cloudflare-integration
• New: https://docs.fingerprint.com/docs/cloudflare-integration#the-benefits-of-using-cloudflare-proxy-integration

The heading was renamed to "The benefits of using Cloudflare Proxy Integration". The new anchor id is present on the live page. No changeset, since this is a README-only change.
