Step 0. Clone LabelConversionModule:

git clone https://github.com/pablogvrcia/LabelConversionModule.git

Step 1. Execute it from the path where the labels the data is in MMDetection3D folder structure:

cd {path to mmdetection3d}/data/schwentine/training 
./{path to LabelConversionModule}
cd {path to mmdetection3d}/data/schwentine/testing 
./{path to LabelConversionModule}
