Updates setup-kubesolo to v5.0.6, which pulls the DNS test busybox image from mirror.gcr.io instead of ECR Public. ECR's anonymous data limit (toomanyrequests: Data limit exceeded) was the cause of the intermittent vhs failures in Setup KubeSolo.
