Support syncing from business accounts and enhance web UI
* feat: add Helm chart and publish image and chart to GHCR Add a Helm chart under charts/kivra-sync that runs kivra-sync with the web or ntfy interaction provider and filesystem (persistent volume) or Paperless-ngx storage. Sensitive values are kept in a Secret, or an existing one, and passed to the container as environment variables. Add a Publish workflow that builds a multi-arch image to ghcr.io/lacuna-systems/kivra-sync on pushes to develop and on v* tags, and pushes the chart to oci://ghcr.io/lacuna-systems/charts on v* tags and manual runs. Pull requests build the image and lint the chart without publishing. Kivra's authorize response includes a BankID auto_start_token. Pass it to the interaction provider and include it in the web UI's qr_ready event; on phones and tablets the UI shows an 'Open BankID on this device' button linking to https://app.bankid.com/?autostarttoken=...
