The next release is the second candidate for 0.4.0. The tag and `lib/stack/cli.py` use the SemVer spelling `0.4.0-rc.2`; `pyproject.toml` and the lock use PEP 440's `0.4.0rc2`.
The README still announced 0.3 as the news and pointed at rc.1. It now names rc.2 as the current release and leads with household lists, kept by the family agent. The stacklet table gains memory, backup, agent and infra, and the roadmap shows lists and backups as 0.4 release candidates instead of planned.
