fix(backup): find diskutil, mount and docker in the nightly cron run - #188

The nightly backup failed with `No such file or directory: 'diskutil'`. cron starts with `PATH=/usr/bin:/bin`, and the cron entry only put the Homebrew bin in front of it, so tools the sync calls by name outside those two directories were not found: `diskutil` (`/usr/sbin`), `mount` (`/sbin`) and `docker` (`/usr/local/bin`, used by the database snapshots). The entry now appends `/usr/local/bin`, `/usr/sbin` and `/sbin`. `./stack restart backup` rewrites an existing entry.
