chore(agent): mark the agent stacklet as beta - #172

The agent answers, but its first `./stack up agent` fails to log in until core has been restarted to create its Matrix account, and its configuration can still change between releases. `./stack list` now shows it as beta and `./stack up agent` warns that it is not for production.
