The account manager now uses the approved light Soft Paper design with an aligned account list and a three-part usage/reset summary. Opening and partial refresh updates preserve stable row geometry; bundled Pretendard fonts make the layout portable.

Adds Korean/English selection in the widget and tray menu. Language changes preserve aliases, saved logins, the last combined observation and the open manager bounds without making usage requests. Busy operations and dialogs block switching. Existing preferences retain Korean and new installations follow the Windows language.

The README now leads with synthetic native screenshots, a four-step usage guide and a concrete explanation of combined percentages and independent resets. Advanced recovery details remain available.

Validation:

  • Local KO/EN switching, settings/catalog/error tests passed, including zero queries and unchanged auth bytes during switching.
  • Native English manager/dialogs/tooltip inspected at 96 and 168 DPI; existing A design accepted by the user.
  • Independent frozen-candidate review: no remaining blockers. The clean-CI test-root finding was fixed and verified without the environment override.
  • Full Windows CI passed all 32 regression groups, including four stable real-pointer hover runs (one popup, no post-show hiding), first-paint geometry, account recovery, and KO/EN switching. Run: https://github.com/extsvforest/codex-weekly-usage-indicator/actions/runs/35725499501. The earlier local full build stopped with cursorHeld=False; no assertions were relaxed or local cursor retries made.
  • Release workflow packages font licensing and creates a draft for checksum/privacy verification. v1.8.0 publication and local installation follow only after verification.
    Final release verification:
  • Release CI also passed all 32 groups: https://github.com/extsvforest/codex-weekly-usage-indicator/actions/runs/35725852321
  • v1.8.0 published as the latest stable release: https://github.com/extsvforest/codex-weekly-usage-indicator/releases/tag/v1.8.0
  • Downloaded standalone and ZIP executables match SHA-256 9504bc2874d116aaa6eeb476d31d3ebcb15274505ae69e716c3cb9418f71f2db (8,497,810 bytes). Private path / credential-pattern / debug-symbol scans passed; font licensing is present.
  • Normal-user installation smoke upgraded preview.3 to 1.8.0+67837ff7aaee45dc5c67557650e7447213a31bbc. Installed hash matched the CI artifact; one supervisor and one widget were running, and the one-time helper exited successfully.
  • The published GitHub README rendered all three native screenshots successfully. The images contain synthetic data only.
