Replace local check_* macros with centralized xpcfg equivalents: - Remove 77 lines of duplicate macro definitions - Switch from pvtDefs/pvtOpts to XP_DEFS/XP_OPTS variables - Update all check_* calls to use xpcfgCheck* equivalents - Update CMakeLists.txt to use new variable names This centralizes configuration logic and reduces code duplication while maintaining the same functionality.
