P0: finish the Bluetooth keyboard

2. firmware: Bluetooth allow list and key-save gate (#144) #153: rebase onto firmware: a Computer pairing again keeps its new keys after a restart (#155) #157 and test with a private Bluetooth address on the panel (closes firmware: Bluetooth allow list so a spoofer can't wipe the paired Computer's bond (#141 item 3) #144).
3. Panel: Bluetooth keyboard mode (#68) #94: Eric pairs his Mac over Bluetooth, then close.
4. firmware: Bluetooth keyboard hardening after #140 #141: code is done (firmware: Bluetooth keyboard hardening after #140 (#141) #143 merged on 2026-10-26; agent2 confirmed that CVE-2020-26558 doesn't affect this NimBLE). It closes when firmware: Bluetooth allow list and key-save gate (#144) #153 merges and firmware: Bluetooth keyboard hardening after #140 (#141) #143's 4 hardware checks are posted. Those come after firmware: a Computer pairing again keeps its new keys after a restart (#155) #157, with Eric present.

5. Release from CI: tag vX.Y.Z → TestFlight, build = run.attempt (match ShowRecorder) #49: Eric installs 0.3.0 from TestFlight and checks iCloud.
6. iOS: hold then drag a Button from normal mode into Arrange mode (#81, slice 3b) #96: Eric tests the hold-then-drag on the phone.
7. Home network: Bonjour discovery + LAN route with pinned TLS (macOS and omarchy) #11: Eric checks "On this network" on a real phone.
8. Panel: manage Phrases from the panel's web page #98: an agent checks it against the acceptance list, then closes it.
