fix(touch): force full TX power + no modem sleep on the setup SoftAP (ESP-044) - #136

…(ESP-044) The KSTouch-Config setup AP was invisible to a phone a foot away on the headless Super Mini even though WiFi.softAP() returned true (start=1, ch=1, board stable). Two causes underneath the truthy return: AP-mode modem sleep gating the beacon, and the Super Mini's weak PCB antenna at default TX power. Set WiFi.setSleep(false) + WiFi.setTxPower(WIFI_POWER_19_5dBm) in start_ap(); log a hard softAP() failure. Shared with the Touch product board — harmless (stronger beacon) there too. Verified on the bench Super Mini: the SSID now appears and onboarding proceeds. Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01F7YsQgso3KNpeXbP5vNVj6
