fix: count CodeQL default setup as a Workflow - #64

Repos whose only CI is GitHub's built-in CodeQL scanning rendered all white: its runs carry event "dynamic", which git-green dropped wholesale to hide Dependabot's update runs (#27). Keep dynamic runs whose path is under dynamic/github-code-scanning/, name them CodeQL (the run name is the trigger, e.g. "Push on main"), and keep dropping Dependabot and Copilot review runs.

dynamic, which git-green dropped entirely to hide Dependabot's update runs (#27).Now dynamic runs under
dynamic/github-code-scanning/are kept and shown as aCodeQLWorkflow; Dependabot and Copilot review runs stay hidden. Checked live against the ndlibrary repos: both now go 🟢.
