refactor: deepen the Dashboard tree - #55

Rows, expansion, the cursor and auto-expand move into a tree module in ui/tree.go. Each row is a node carrying its Repo, Stack or PR and the Runs it stands for, so the five kind-switches over index fields collapse into one build. Expansion is one map keyed by identity (Repo name, Stack or PR number). PR expansion was keyed by [repoIdx, prIdx] and jumped to a different PR whenever the PR list changed. Closes #50
