Fix macOS build and add GitHub Pages site - #7

Building with CGO enabled was causing 'missing LC_UUID load command' errors on macOS. Since coauthor-cleaner has no C dependencies, CGO is not needed. Add Makefile that sets CGO_ENABLED=0 by default for both 'make build' and 'make install' targets. This ensures the binary runs correctly on macOS.
