Summary

  • TUI is now the default — running coauthor-cleaner opens a lazygit-style split-panel UI (findings left, preview right, status bar, modals for confirm/summary/push/help)
  • fix stays non-interactive for automation (--push, --force, --check); review / tui are aliases
  • Test coverage ~26% → ~41% — shared testutil git helpers plus unit tests for fix, clean, git, scan, detect, guide, and tui view helpers

Coverage by package

Package Coverage
detect 93%
scan 81%
fix 76%
clean 75%
guide 75%
git 74%
tui 14% (view/layout helpers; Bubble Tea model still untested)
cmd 0%

Test plan

  • go test ./... passes
  • coauthor-cleaner opens TUI in a repo with staged AI markers
  • coauthor-cleaner fix --push still works non-interactively
  • coauthor-cleaner review / tui alias opens same TUI
  • Hook warn message points to bare coauthor-cleaner

Made with Cursor

Users get a lazygit-style split-panel TUI on bare `coauthor-cleaner`, with fix/status/doctor guidance updated accordingly. Adds shared test helpers and unit tests across fix, clean, git, scan, detect, guide, and tui packages.
