Records the design principle the owner articulated: the web UI is the complete config surface; the touch screen carries only what a user would change in real time. So midi_clock_out (a reboot-gated flag) having no touch control is intentional, not a bug — closes the LNK-032 item as won't-do and stops future architecture reviews re-flagging it.
