Replaces the numeric 0/1 MIDI Clock Out field with a proper on/off toggle switch, themed to the rack-panel look (dark track → green-LED gradient when on, sliding knob, Off/On label).

  • Pure HTML/CSS: a styled checkbox (no JS) — an unchecked box omits midi_clock_out, which the existing 0/1 save-handler guard already reads as off, so the save path is unchanged.
  • Compiles clean (86% flash). Not flashed/verified on-device — the board's CDC port is currently dropped from the earlier composite-USB descriptor change and needs a physical USB-C replug before the next upload.

Firmware-only web UI change; no config-schema or behavior change.

Replace the numeric 0/1 field with a themed on/off toggle switch (checkbox +
CSS, green-LED accent to match the panel, shows Off/On). Save handler unchanged —
an unchecked box omits the field, which the 0/1 guard reads as off.
