Makes the repo pass the org American-spelling check (scripts/american_spelling.py).

Fixed (53 hits, 20 files)

  • Renamed the internal health.StoplightGrey constant to StoplightGray everywhere. It is an iota int inside internal/, rendered as an emoji and never serialized, so the rename is repo-local.
  • grey -> gray, colour -> color, recognise -> recognize in comments, CONTEXT.md and test messages.
  • Also renamed the .grey CSS class in docs/screenshot.svg (only used inside that file; the checker doesn't scan SVG).

Allowlisted

  • Nothing. No .american-spelling-allow file added.

Tests

  • go vet ./...: clean
  • go test ./...: all packages pass
  • gofmt -l .: clean
