Remove plugin extension surface and UI - #73

Retires plugins as a user-facing concept. Webhooks + REST API are the only documented extension surfaces. Built-in modules (CoreModule, ScheduleModule, InternalModule, WebHookManager) are unchanged. - PluginManager: removes bundle loading (loadPlugins, validateBundle, loadBundle), drops bundles array and pluginDir, init no longer takes a plugin directory - ConfigurationHelper: removes getPluginDirectory() - AppDelegate: removes pluginDir arg from PluginManager init - MenuBarManager: renames "Reload Plugins" → "Reload Configuration" - ViewController: renames reload button, removes "Open plugins folder" button and OpenPluginsButtonAction - Localizable.strings: updates reloadDescription and reloadMessage - Docs: deletes plugins.md and SampleModule/; updates readme.md, Documentation/readme.md, AGENTS.md, n8n.md, routes.md /reload still reloads configuration and re-registers internal modules; help text now says "Reload configuration" instead of "Reload plugins".
