fix: add QUOTE_NOTIFICATIONS to SimplifiedNotification TypeEnum

Summary

• UAT API started returning QUOTE_NOTIFICATIONS as a value for SimplifiedNotification.type
• The value was missing from the generated TypeEnum, causing IllegalArgumentException during deserialization
• This is a temporary hotfix until PR feat: Fabric API Sync 4.30 to 4.31 by GitHub Action for @tutkat #58 (sync 4.30→4.31) is merged — that PR contains the full regenerated SDK with this value included

Root Cause

The sync workflow fetched the spec at a moment when docs.equinix.com had not yet published QUOTE_NOTIFICATIONS, but the UAT API was already returning it. The spec has since been updated.

Test plan

• CI tests on main pass after merge (ConnectionsApiTest should no longer throw Unexpected value 'QUOTE_NOTIFICATIONS')
