Connection error after update to OSX 26.7

I get Connection error on the app.
With the other app I still can connect, so I suspect something changed I cannot understand.

I hope this helps other with the same issue.

at the console I see:

QNetworkReply::NetworkError::UnknownNetworkError: Host unreachable
URL: http://192.168.1.3:9091/transmission/rpc
Did not establish HTTP connection

Cannot find any other clues.

Same issue here (the domain resolved to a local IP 192.168.x.y):

Seems to be some kind of permission problem as it works fine when I start the app myself in a terminal.
The app also has the "Local Network" permission set in my settings.

The fix is a proper ad-hoc re-sign of the bundle. Run this in Terminal as your own user:

codesign --force --deep --sign - /Applications/Tremotesf.app

Then quit Tremotesf fully, open System Settings > Privacy & Security > Local Network, turn Tremotesf off and on again (or remove it if that option shows), and relaunch the app. You should get the Local Network prompt this time. Click Allow.

That solved the problem for me in macOS 27.
