Adds one row to the Learning → Useful resources table:
Why it fits
As AI dev tools become a real line item, EMs are being asked "is it working?" and only have the invoice to point at. This article makes the case that velocity and lines-of-code stopped working as proxies once AI entered the loop, and proposes cost-per-verified-outcome (CPVO) — team-tagged AI spend divided by outcomes that shipped and stayed shipped — plus review-tax and verified-share as a team-level dashboard. Relevant to the list's KPI/metrics and resources themes, and kept at team altitude to avoid per-person leaderboards.
Single-row addition; no other entries touched.
