Parallel knowledge track for enbox-rust-core#317 (implementation in enboxorg/enbox-rust-core#318). DID-method behaviour is outside the DWN draft, so this change adds a fourth invariant class rather than stretching the existing three.\n\n## What changed\n-
external-speccontract class: schema (tools/check_knowledge_metadata.py) + documentation (invariants/README.md) for behaviour governed outside both the DWN draft and Enbox (DID methods, BEPs, wire protocols). Never citable as normative DWN or Enbox-owned behaviour.\n-invariants/did-dht.json:DID-DHT-001–007(wire rules, agent shape, decoder fixpoint) and008–011(current TypeScript divergences, recorded as what TS does, not intended behaviour).\n- ADR0008: external-spec targeting, correct-don't-copy rationale, fixture pinning to.enbox-version.\n-enbox/did-dht.md: full codec mapping page (baselinec63bf42), decoder normalizations, divergence catalogue, fixture pointers.\n- Conformance checklist: DID DHT publication block inidentity-attestation-topology.md.\n\n## Checks\ntools/check_knowledge_metadata.pypasses.\n\nNote: the single commit is unsigned (non-interactive session could not reach pinentry); re-sign on merge per repo policy.
