Prepare ournotes-player 0.1.6 for the chart-data page updates and experimental serialized UI preview.
Synchronize package.json and both package-lock.json version fields so the npm archive and release tag agree.
Validation: the merged source tree matches the locally reviewed integration; 603 Node tests pass and one is skipped; type checking, reproducible builds and package-content checks pass. Browser review covers button overflow, a numeric Animator binding and two parallel chapter tweens with no diagnostics or console errors.
