Picks up the Top-K exactness fixes for World Link dominance pruning and final-chapter member alternatives, makes the search time limit actually interrupt long runs, and precomputes support-deck rates. Also syncs the revision asserted by the release workflow test, which had drifted from the manifest and left that test failing. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
