Add pnpm overrides for vulnerable transitive dependencies (browserslist, fast-uri, @humanfs/node, @swc/html, http-proxy-middleware, joi, launch-editor, markdown-it, qs, uuid, webpack-dev-server) and bump Docusaurus to 3.10.2. image-size remains open because no patched release exists.

Problem. Dependabot reports 7 high and 12 moderate open alerts. All are transitive dependencies pulled in by Docusaurus, webpack-dev-server, Jest, or ESLint, so none can be fixed by bumping a direct dependency alone.
Solution. Follow the approach from #125: add pnpm overrides in the root package.json that force each vulnerable package to its first patched version, capped below the next major so no override introduces a breaking upgrade. Docusaurus also moves from 3.10.1 to 3.10.2. Two high alerts for image-size remain open because the maintainers have not published a fixed release; there is nothing to override to.
What to look at.
package.json: the new override entries. The existing fast-uri override is tightened from 3.1.5 to 3.1.6 to cover four newer advisories.uuidis forced from 8.x to 11.x for sockjs. sockjs only callsv4(), which uuid 11 still exports through CommonJS. Verified by requiring uuid from sockjs's resolution path and calling it.AGENTS.md: short note documenting the override convention for future alerts.Test Plan.
